Commission agreement

By submitting the contact form, you agree that a commission will be payable if a purchase contract is concluded for the property on offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the exposé, the commission is the agreed buyer's commission including statutory VAT, payable to CF Immo Consulting UG.

I/We confirm that I/we will only pay the agreed buyer's commission (including statutory VAT) upon notarisation of the purchase contract for the property offered here.
of the notarised purchase price to the CF Immo Consulting UG pay(s).

Note: Amount of commission according to exposé or offer. If the seller has concluded an agreement subject to commission, commission is generally payable in the same or corresponding amount.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us (CF Immo Consulting UG, Halberstädter Straße 116-118, 39112 Magdeburg, phone: 0391 58231305, fax: 0391 58298671)
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will return to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs,
which result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day of delivery,
on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the costs incurred up to the time of cancellation,
The cancellation period for the services already provided by the date on which you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract corresponds to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
